Transfers received between May 2nd and February 1st will be completed upon approval of the transfer by the CLeveland Browns prior to invoicing for the following season. Transfers received between February 2nd and May 1st will be completed upon payment in full of the season ticket invoice and approval of the transfer by the Cleveland Browns.
