Comments: These seats are a fantastic view from the 45 yard line on the COWBOYS side of the field. Watch the big screen in front of you, or catch all the action on the field from these seats. Original PSLs were for $5,000 per seat, I chose to finance these and currently have $3,254.11 of "equity" in these PSLs but am willing to surrender that equity for only $2,000 to the right buyer. The buyer will assume annual payments of $616 through the end of the license period (27 more years). I used these seats primarily for resale to help fund my club seats - and found them quite marketable for the fan who wants to take a stab at that. The sales easily covered the ticket prices, annual seat option fees, and seller expenses...a great way to have your season paid for if you only want to attend a game or two.
