Comments: These seats are 100% paid off - so the price is the price! You do not owe anymore! This is a prime location in the stadium. There is no Row 10 - so it is like a front row seat. Row 10 is 6 feet below you! Seats 1 - 4 are the first 4 seats in the row and next to seat 1 is a 5 x 5 platform that I stand on all the time! Down the stairs is a men's room and ladies room, with food and drink vendors (less than 10 feet from your seat is everything you need!). Great view of the field and big screen. I have references and pictures if you need it! I live in NY and that is the only reason I'm selling the PSL and tickets. Would love to work out something with the buyer - maybe let me buy 1 game a year from you. I do plan on still going to a game or 2 a year - so would love to buy from the seller - these seats are great and would love to be able to sit in them each year,
