A PSL is a Personal Seat License or Permanent Seat License.  This license gives the owner the right to purchase season tickets for the seat associated with the license. This license is transferrable.  StadiumPSL is a marketplace for PSL's and Seat Licenses. PSL's are implemented in most new stadiums as a way to offset the cost of construction. They are used by NFL, MLB, NHL, and NASCAR Stadiums.
