How it works:

• Buyer submits offer.
• Buyer and Seller reach agreement on price.
• Buyer submits payment to StadiumPSL thru PayPal.
• Once Buyer and Seller have completed transaction and both parties are satisfied, StadiumPSL will send the seller payment minus fees due StadiumPSL.
  
  There will be a 4% Premium added ($125.00 minimum) to the sale price
  to cover all fees incurred by StadiumPSL. Buyers can also choose to deal directly with the seller and pay no fees.
