You agree to these said terms of the user agreement below. StadiumPSL.com reserves the right to modify this aggreement at any time without notice to the users.
Article 1. Eligibility of membership.
StadiumPSL.com is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an listed item. People who are of under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that can result as of those members. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these Classified services.
Article 2. StadiumPSL.com is only providing listing services.
We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying PSL's via internet listings. We do not have control over the items that are posted on the site. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers take, before, during, and after the listing, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.
Article 3. Selling Items.
As a user, you are welcome to put items up for sale on StadiumPSL.com. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell, and what you may not sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise, including counterfeit tickets. Items that are up for sale are subject to review by the staff of StadiumPSL.com, and may be removed without prior notice. We reserve the right to remove any item listing at any time.
Article 4. Fees.
Fees may be changed at any time without prior notice to users but will always be updated and posted on the StadiumPSL.com website under the heading "Fees".
Article 5. Privacy.
We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they buy your listed item. Personal information is not sold, rented, or given out without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the site is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the listed item.
Article 6. Warranty.
StadiumPSL.com provide this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. By accepting this agreement, StadiumPSL.com cannot be held liable for any damages resulting in the use of a listed item, or your visit to this website.
