Bills Transfer Form

Transfer requests: A Transfer is defined as change of ownership on an account, when the name of the
official Season Ticket Holder of Record is changing from one name to another. The Buffalo Bills reserve the
right to approve or deny any such request. There are two types of Transfer Requests listed below:

Type A: Immediate Family, and Company to Owner (vice versa)
Proof of relationship must accompany Type A Transfer requests (see below):
  Immediate family members: defined by the Buffalo Bills as Father (husband), Mother (wife), Son
(brother), Daughter (sister), grandparents, and grandchildren. Proof of relationship such as birth or
marriage certificate must accompany request.
  Deceased Season Ticket Holder of Record: When immediate family wishes to maintain the account,
submit a copy of the death certificate, as well as, proof of relationship (as listed above).
Company name change, Company to Owner(s) and vice versa: Letter must be on company letter
head and signed by the owner of the company. On company acquisitions, letter must state the date
company was acquired.
  If approved, original seniority transfers and transfer fees are waived in the above situations.

Type B: Extended Family (cousins, nieces, nephews, etc.), Friends, and Company to Employee (vice versa)
  If approved, seniority will not transfer and a $25 per seat transfer fee will be assessed to the new
Season Ticket Holder of Record. Do not send $25.00/per seat fee with the initial request, as it does
not guarantee request approval.

Transfer Requests in prime seating areas: Type A Requests are accepted and reviewed for prime seating
areas (below) but, the Buffalo Bills reserve the right to approve or deny any such request. Type B Transfer
Requests will be not accepted or reviewed for the following locations.

Lower Level: Upper Deck:
Sections 109 to 114 Rows 10 and above Sections 310 to 313 Rows 1 to 10
Sections 131 to 136 Rows 10 and above Sections 332 to 335 Rows 1 to 10

Submission Requirements:

Proof of relationship must accompany request if submitting a “Type A” Transfer Request.
All requests must include name, address and all contact information of the original Season Ticket
Holder of Record (Transferor) and the new Season Ticket Holder of record (Transferee). Please
include email addresses.
 All requests must list the exact seats being transferred, and the exact amount of money being
transferred if payment has been posted to the original account for the current season.
If the Transferee is a current Season Ticket Holder of Record, their existing account number should
appear on the request. Transferee will maintain their existing seniority.
