Address Change:

It is the obligation of the Season Ticket Holder of Record or the Season Ticket Waiting List account holder to inform the Chicago Bears, in writing, of any address changes. Failure to provide current and accurate contact information may result in the forfeiture of an account holder's Season Tickets or Waiting List ranking.
