Dolphins Transfer Form

TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS
The name that appears on the top line of the address portion of the billing statement is the owner of record of the season
tickets. Transfer of season ticket privileges must be made by filling out the transfer form completely, or by a notarized
letter from the Season Ticket Holder of record and will be done only after approval of, and at the discretion of, the Miami
Dolphins, Ltd. Management.

The following are approved conditions to transfer season tickets.
• Please note that any tickets transferred to a non-existing Season Ticket Holder will not maintain the same account date
as the original account holder. However, you may retain this status if the tickets are transferred within the immediate
family and proper documentation is provided.
• Tickets in the Lower Level Prime locations may be transferred between immediate family members only. Proper documentation
is required (i.e. birth certificate, etc.).
• Company accounts may be transferred to the principal of the same company. Written correspondence must be on corporate
letterhead.
• All other ticket locations may be transferred at the request of the current Season Ticket Holder. Written notice must be
submitted. If a transfer of the entire account is approved, the priority year will also be transferred. If it is a partial transfer,
the new account will receive the current year as the year it was established. The Miami Dolphins, Ltd. reserves the
right to amend their transfer policies at any time without notice to Season Ticket Holders and/or to reject specific transfers
and/or not allow any transfers at all.

Bills Transfer Form

Transfer requests: A Transfer is defined as change of ownership on an account, when the name of the
official Season Ticket Holder of Record is changing from one name to another. The Buffalo Bills reserve the
right to approve or deny any such request. There are two types of Transfer Requests listed below:

Type A: Immediate Family, and Company to Owner (vice versa)
Proof of relationship must accompany Type A Transfer requests (see below):
  Immediate family members: defined by the Buffalo Bills as Father (husband), Mother (wife), Son
(brother), Daughter (sister), grandparents, and grandchildren. Proof of relationship such as birth or
marriage certificate must accompany request.
  Deceased Season Ticket Holder of Record: When immediate family wishes to maintain the account,
submit a copy of the death certificate, as well as, proof of relationship (as listed above).
Company name change, Company to Owner(s) and vice versa: Letter must be on company letter
head and signed by the owner of the company. On company acquisitions, letter must state the date
company was acquired.
  If approved, original seniority transfers and transfer fees are waived in the above situations.

Type B: Extended Family (cousins, nieces, nephews, etc.), Friends, and Company to Employee (vice versa)
  If approved, seniority will not transfer and a $25 per seat transfer fee will be assessed to the new
Season Ticket Holder of Record. Do not send $25.00/per seat fee with the initial request, as it does
not guarantee request approval.

Transfer Requests in prime seating areas: Type A Requests are accepted and reviewed for prime seating
areas (below) but, the Buffalo Bills reserve the right to approve or deny any such request. Type B Transfer
Requests will be not accepted or reviewed for the following locations.

Lower Level: Upper Deck:
Sections 109 to 114 Rows 10 and above Sections 310 to 313 Rows 1 to 10
Sections 131 to 136 Rows 10 and above Sections 332 to 335 Rows 1 to 10

Submission Requirements:

Proof of relationship must accompany request if submitting a “Type A” Transfer Request.
All requests must include name, address and all contact information of the original Season Ticket
Holder of Record (Transferor) and the new Season Ticket Holder of record (Transferee). Please
include email addresses.
 All requests must list the exact seats being transferred, and the exact amount of money being
transferred if payment has been posted to the original account for the current season.
If the Transferee is a current Season Ticket Holder of Record, their existing account number should
appear on the request. Transferee will maintain their existing seniority.

To transfer ownership of any of your current season tickets, please complete the form included in your renewal packet and return to:

Oakland Raiders Ticket Office/ Transfers, 1220 Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA 94502 or fax to (510) 864-5025, Attn: Transfers.

For accurate and timely transferring of tickets, please fill out this form legibly and in its entirety. Both parties will be notified of completed transfer through a confirmation email. Please contact your personal Season Ticket Service Representative with questions you may have at 1-800-RAIDERS.

 
New Orleans Saints Season Ticket Transfer Information Page E-mail
You can transfer your season ticket rights to someone else by submitting a Transfer of Ownership form to the Saints. There is no fee to submit a transfer. The transfer must be approved by the Saints.

Season tickets can be transferred to qualifying heirs and transferees upon the season ticket holder's notarized authorization on our official transfer form. Transfers are processed during the NFL off-season. Once tickets have been mailed out and/or the football season has begun, all transfer requests are held until the following year. To obtain a copy of the transfer form, please contact the ticket office at (504) 731-1700.

TailGate Club

TailGate Club Membership Rights. Member shall have Membership Rights for each
pre-season and regular season football game played by the Washington Redskins (the
“Redskins”) at FedExField provided Member possesses a valid Redskins’ game ticket and
TailGate Club entry pass. Membership rights, as defined by the Redskins from time to
time, are granted solely to the member and may be revoked by the Redskins at any time
for any reason. Membership Rights are subject to change at any time without notice to
Member. Dates and times of Redskins’ games are subject to change.

Term, Transfer and Renewal. Member’s contract term may be terminated or
renewed in the sole discretion of the Redskins. Membership Rights may not be
transferred without the prior written consent of the Redskins. Membership Rights shall
automatically transfer with the transfer of a general seat license account.
