TERMS:
1. Signature of current season ticket holder(s) of
record must be notarized and submitted to
the ticket office within thirty (30) days of
notary date.
2. This form must be completed in its entirety or
the transfer will be considered void.
3. Enclose a check or money order for the
transfer fee of $10.00.
4. Transfer of seat(s) held by a business must be
written on letterhead stationery with notarized
signature of a company official.
